Mobile Pump Stations

Zinpro designs and manufactures modular mobile pump stations able to handle relative slurry densities of 1,1 with capacities ranging from 10 l/sec at manometric heads of 3 meters (Mini-Pump Station) to 46 l/sec at manometric  heads of 80 meter (Maxi-Pump Units)  These units can be designed and configured to suit  a client's specific requirements.

These fully equipped mobile pump stations offer distinct advantages in terms of time and costs when compared to conventional permanently installed dams and pump stations.

Heavy Duty Grizzly’s

ZINPRO designs and manufactures trackless operation tips which incorporate the following:

• Separate scalping - and oversize rock breaking zones which allows rock breaker function to continue during tipping; and
• Tip structural steel design layout which incorporates the rock breaker mounting as part of the basic grizzly support structure thereby facilitating reduced civil construction and hence reduced construction time and costs.
